To determine the status of a Medallion or an
SVP Imprint, enter the "webCheck" section.

Use your Z-Code scanner or enter the
Program Number manually, immediately
followed by the Location ID
(do not enter any spaces or symbols
between these two numbers). Click
Submit.
webCheck Status Codes:
"Active"
- indicates that the Medallion or
Imprint is currently being used by the
Guarantor/Participant.
"Destroyed"
- indicates that the Medallion or
Imprint has been voluntarily destroyed.
"Missing"
- indicates that the Medallion or
Imprint has been reported missing, lost
or stolen.
"Inactive"
- indicates that there has been a change
in the status of the
Guarantor/Participant.
